A Digital Twin for Your Exact Chassis, Not a Generic Fleet Average
Fleet-average predictive models tell you what happens to a typical car. CarDigitalTwin builds a physics-based replica of the one car parked in your driveway—its worn bushings, its specific tire wear pattern, its individual sensor drift—to forecast exactly how that vehicle will behave and fail.

Why the Same Model of Car Fails Differently for Every Owner
Two identical vehicles leaving the same factory line diverge within weeks. One owner drives coastal roads with salt corrosion; another tows a trailer daily, fatiguing rear suspension bushings at a different rate. A per-VIN digital twin ingests that specific car's accelerometer, wheel-speed, and load-sensor history to recalibrate its own multi-body dynamics model—rather than relying on a population-level average that describes no car in particular.
Core Engineering Areas
- VIN-Specific Physical Model Calibration — A stock multi-body dynamics template captures nominal spring rates, bushing stiffness, and unsprung mass for a given trim. VIN-specific calibration replaces those nominal values with parameters estimated from that individual car's live sensor residuals.
- High-Fidelity Individual Multi-Body Dynamics — The multi-body model represents each suspension arm, bushing, spring, and damper as a coupled rigid or flexible body connected by joints with nonlinear force elements, integrated at each simulation timestep using the vehicle's own calibrated stiffness and damping coefficients.
- Personal Predictive Diagnostics from a Physical Twin — Where a recall bulletin says 'inspect part X on all vehicles of this model year,' the per-VIN twin says 'this specific bushing on this specific car has consumed 78% of its fatigue life given how this owner actually drives it.'
